[edit] Play Set Overview The Twist and Style Petal Parlour is a fantastic new place in Ponyville for the ponies to go to and get a whole new look! This great salon was introduced with the 'Crystal Princess' range and is guaranteed to leave every pony looking like a princess! Daffidazey (and Breezies pony Zipzee) come with the Twist and Style Petal Parlour and help make every pony that visits feel extra special. The 'Crystal Princess' collection was introduced in 2006 and includes Wysteria as the Crystal Bride, Desert Rose as the Crystal Slipper Princess, Balloon Flying with Cherry Blossom and Tiddlywink, Pegasus Ponies (Silver Glow and Royal Rose), Crystal Design Ponies (Wind Drifter and Royal Bouquet) and many others. The Twist and Style Petal Parlour is a great accessory in this collection. The ponies simply place their hair in the flower clips, and a turn on the handle creates a new style or twist! When the ponies need a new, stylish look, this salon will definitely be the place they head to! Zipzee fits inside the purple flower and when the handle turns, she magically appears!
[edit] Shape, Design and PoniesThe Twist and Style Petal Parlour is designed in the shape of a beautiful flower. The main structure is a pale lilac colour and has little flowers rising up all the way to the top. The flowers are pink and purple and have light green leaves. At the base of the structure is a little heart shaped mirror for the ponies to see a before and after reflection. There is a pig purple flower on the left, which is closed, but then Zipzee magically appears when it opens! There is another big purple flower on the floor, which is where the ponies stand when they come to the salon. There is a green handle at the top and when this is turned, the ponies get their new style! This is a fantastic place for the ponies to come and is beautifully designed to provide hours of entertainment.   
Daffidazey is a beautiful white pony with big, blue eyes. In one of them she has a little pink star, which makes her eyes look as though they sparkle. She has striking colours in her mane and tail – bright blue, purple, pink and yellow. Her mouth is slightly open and she has a little smile – she's obviously happy now the salon has opened! On her left hip, Daffidazey has a beautiful pink flower. It’s not just drawn on like on the other ponies in this collection, but the petals are made from pink netting. On her left hoof, she also has a little pink heart design. Zipzee is one of the Breezies ponies and is a pale orange colour. She has big blue eyes and an adorable little face! She has cute little wings and big orange hair, and two orange antennae's on the top of her head. She's a beautiful little toy and gets on really well with Daffidazey at the Twist and Style Petal Parlour. Rating:  I thought this toy was OK but I got a little bit bored with it after a while. The ponies are lovely and you can play with any of your ponies in the twist and style parlour. Zipzee is my favourite too - shes very cute I am trying to collect all of the smaller ponies so she has some friends of her own size to play with :) Comment by Jenny Davis, Monday 2nd April 2007
Rating:  I love the twist and style petal parlour, I got it for Christmas last year and it kept me entertained for months! The ponies are really pretty and their hair is nice. Zipzee is my favourite pony in the toy, shes smaller than Daffidazey and looks young in her face as well! I hope they bring out a similar toy soon cos I have played with this one a lot and would like something new to put my ponies in. Leave Your Own Review
