Sapphire's Appearance
Sapphire has long blue hair which she wears in a ponytail on the top of her head. She has a big fringe and long sideburns coming down her face, behind which are some cute little ears. Sapphire wears a pink ribbon in her hair, which is held together with velcro and can therefore be taken off easily. Her blue hair is great, although her fringe is almost glued down so can't be brushed – however the rest of her hair can be styled and a blue comb comes with the doll too. Sapphire has a chubby little face with huge blue eyes – they take over more than half of her face but make her look extremely cute! She wears purple eye makeup and has a glint of silver and green in her eyes (she looks like she's dreaming!) Sapphire has a cute little nose and a big smiling mouth, on which she wears pink lip gloss. She has three brown freckles on both cheeks and her flower symbol on the left one. She uses blusher to bring out her cheeks and looks like a happy little character!
Sapphire's head can rotate 360 degrees and also move up and down and tilt left to
right – she can nod her head and shake it too – this is a great feature that other
popular dolls don't have. Sapphire wears a pink sparkly cardigan with blue edges and wears a small pink bra underneath. Her skirt is made from blue plastic material and white silk (a strange combination but it works well with her funky look!) Sapphire wears pink stripy stockings - although they are painted onto her legs and can't be removed – and they have blue stars on too. Her feet can be detached from her legs (similar to the Bratz Dolls) and therefore she can change shoes with one of the other dolls in this collection if she wishes. The shoes she comes with are purple high heels with a pink design on the front. Her legs and arms can move up and down and she has her blue flower gem in her belly button. Sapphire is able to stand up on her own.
