Star Wars Mustafar Final Duel PlaysetFrom ToyReview This brilliant play set has so many features and sections to play with it will bring hours of entertainment to children and Star Wars fans everywhere. The set comes in a number of different parts that you must join together to create the volcano but the instructions included are extremely clear. The toy follows the battle between Obe-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker (Darth Vader) on the volcano planet Mustafar from episode 3 – Revenge of the Sith.
[edit] The Volcano The volcano itself comes in two halves that you need to join together by using the clips provided. The surface is very realistic and has grooves and rough jagged edges to make it look like a big rock. Red molten lava streams decorate the black surface trickling down the volcano's sides. Near the base is a large circular pool of red lava that is secured on a pivot therefore spins when you push an edge. The pool is for the end of your battle when Obe-Wan pushes Anakin into the lava; when you spin the circle Anakin's robotic hand remains and portrays him sinking. Also attached to the volcano is a plastic grey bridge for Anakin and Obe-Wan to fight on. The inside of the volcano toy is hollow. [edit] Lava Balls Two red and black lava balls are included with the set; they are each about an inch and a half in diameter and look like molten rock. The balls can be placed in the top of the volcano where there is a large hole about 3 inches deep, when you push the lever on the side of the volcano the balls are released. These are great weapons to be used in the battle and whoever reaches the lever first is likely to be the winner! You could even use the lava balls to push Anakin into the lava pool at the bottom – what a triumph for Obe-Wan Kenobi! [edit] Action Figures  The two action figures included are Obe-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker. Both characters are extremely realistic and even have their own lightsabers to compete with one another. Obe-Wan wears the cream robe and light brown trousers that distinguishes his character, he also wears red boots and a red belt. Anakin wears dark brown clothes all over and has a black glove to represent his robotic arm. Anakin's facial expression is angry compared to Obe-Wan who looks calm. The figures are 3 inches tall and certain sections can be twisted but not bent. Their arms, heads and waists can twist 360 degrees and legs can be moved slightly. Due to their fixed position it can be quite hard to stand them up. Their hands are cupped in order to hold their lightsabers but they cannot grip them very securely. [edit] Other Features  There are two small holes on the wall of the volcano for you to attach two spinning discs. Each disc has a tiny raised piece of plastic for you to clip to the shoe of the figures. The discs can be used during the battle between the characters and they can attempt to knock each other off. The toy also comes with two breakaway platforms that can be attached to the top of the volcano. These are however rather heavy and can cause the toy to topple over if not on a flat surface. Rating:  This is a cool toy. I wanted it ever since I was 3. I got it for Christmas. I play with the figures. It's the coolest toy on earth.
