Royal Rose and Silver Glow are the first edition Pegasus Ponies in this collection, with Morning Monarch and Twirlerina making an appearance as second edition ponies. Pegasus Ponies and Pretty Pattern Ponies in this Crystal Princess collection are also known as being part of the Faraway Friends Assortment. There are many other ponies involved in this collection, including Crystal Design Ponies (Royal Bouquet and Wind Drifter), Cutie Cascade Ponies (Tulip Twinkle and Fairy Dust), Wysteria as the Crystal Bride and Desert Rose as the Crystal Slipper Princess. Royal Rose has lots of beautiful features in this collection; her glittery wings, multicoloured hair and sparkling symbol are all fantastic. The My Little Pony brand continuously impresses, with this collection being no exception.

She has dazzling green eyes with a hint of yellow and a smiling mouth – just like the rest of the ponies in this Crystal Princess collection, Royal Rose looks like a happy character and pleased to appear in this theme. A feature of this collection is all the ponies' heads can turn, making them more flexible and ultimately more fun to play with! Royal Rose has cute, glittery wings that are a beautiful shade of purple and a pink heart on her left leg. She has a beautiful pink tail and a pink and red mane with strands of silver in to make her sparkle. This special line of pegasi, with multicoloured hair, all have glittery symbols on their right hip too.   
Royal Rose has a stunning flower symbol. There are two shades of pink petals, with beautiful green stems, and sparkling glitter covers the symbol to make it dazzle in the light – it really is eye-catching and a fantastic design. With her multicoloured hair, glittery wings and beautiful symbol, Royal Rose is one of the fancier ponies in this Crystal Princess collection – other ponies can even be seen as slightly dull compared to her! She comes with a purple hairbrush with a raised bow effect, which she carries around with her to ensure she always looks as good as possible!
