Gelli BaffFrom ToyReviewAn innovative child’s bath time product. A two pack bath powder that when added to bath water turns it into a very thick goo. When the gel dissolver is added the goo disappears and becomes water gain. Available in four fun colours- Orange Gloop, Lava blast red, Magic Swamp green, and Blue Lagoon. The main ingredient is a super absorbent polymer (sodium Polyacrylate) that retains water on contact just like blotting paper when it soaks up the ink. This type of product is also used to store water in the soil to retain moisture. It has been developed with the environment in mind, so no harmful ingredients or parabens are used in the product. It has been developed by a leading beauty and spa products manufacturer Gelicity Skin Technology and Gelli Baff conforms to the cosmetic regulations act 1996 and has had a full safety assessment on each ingredient. Rating: ![]() This has to be the worst and most harmful product on the market Lets forget for the moment about the price of this product, Lets also forget about how misleading this packaging is & how little you get with this product. But the most horrifying thing is how harmful it is . My children were playing in the bath , they had been warned not to get it into their eyes BUT kids will be kids. My son got some on his eye pulled him out of the bath straight away rinsed him under the shower washing his eyes out for 15 min but still BURNT HIS EYE LID . I am warning everyone I can to avoid this product. Comment by Jackie, Friday 27th February 2009
Rating: ![]() Excellent for special needs children. I used shallow trays and they can put either their hands or feet in it. The kids in wheelchairs loved it! Comment by lollol, Saturday 3rd January 2009

Rating: ![]() This product is horrible! I wasted 20 dollars! I thought for sure it would be more than one bath for 20 dollars! I also thought it looked really neat and slime like or gelli like as the advertisements claim. You can get the same effect of gelli baff if you take disposable diapers and soak them in the water and then tear out the stuff inside and save a heck of a lot of money! It felt nasty on my skin and was just little bumps of granular substance. Could not squeeze it or hold it for that matter. I feel sorry for any kid who gets this and is excited because it is a HUGE let down!!! Do not pay attention to any good review this product has. It is a SCAM! I wouldn't give it a star for a rating, not even a half a star. I would give it a balloon with a hole in it rating because of the let down this was! Comment by Gina Gray, Sunday 11th May 2008
Rating: ![]() My kid thought it was fun . It was an hour long play with goopy like water with buckets and pails and I was up to my elbows playing with my daughter who loved,We thought it was a little work to rinse the edges of the tub out but it was fine,I think in the summer in the baby pool outside might be even better. Rating: ![]() i just fail to see how anyone could enjoy this product. in my opinion it defeats the whole object of taking a bath: to get clean. i hope the guy who invented it gets a good hard slap in the face with an old trout. lol here is the trout. HAHAHAHAHA. My back is killing me Comment by R Patel, Monday 31st December 2007
Rating: ![]() This is the worst bath product I have ever used. The packaging is misleading. A 300g box actually contains 200g of gelli powder and 100g of dissolver. According to the instructions you need 40 litres of water for 200g of gelli powder. Having filled the bath accordingly, the gelli is not anywhere near the thick consistency as shown in the adverts. It feels granular rather than jelly-like. After 2 minutes of trying to enjoy it, my 4-year old son gave in and wanted to be taken out. Pour in the dissolver, some of the gelli dissolves but a fair amount remains solid. I had to use the shower to wash my son down fully. It was then that I noticed that due to the steam rising from the bath water, the gelli powder had also been deposited on the tiled walls surrounding the bath, to quite a hight, so the walls had to be fully washed down too. This stuff is messy, horrible and NOT fun. It feels like the stuff you get in babies' nappies. I would avoid it like the plague. Comment by Casey Serin, Friday 20th April 2007
Rating: ![]() I could use this to defraud home lenders! I would throw it onto the air, yell "Look at the flying goop!", then grab all the money and run out the door. They'd never catch me! IT'S ALL GOOOOOOD!
