Yasmin

The Bratz girls are on a quest to uncover the hidden treasures as they set sail across the oceans! This funky 'Bratz Treasures' collection features three Bratz dolls - Cloe, Yasmin and Roxxi who head out exploring on a pirate adventure until they discover the gold and diamonds. Each doll in the collection comes with two gorgeous outfits that are totally unique including a customised bandana each and some funky platform boots. Ok so high heals, mini skirts and sleeveless tops might not be the most appropriate clothing for an ocean adventure but these girls certainly know how to look their best on any occasion. The dolls in this collection come with loads of cool accessories to assist them on their journey and they even have a treasure chest to take back on the ship with them. Of course all of the treasure found will be used to buy the latest fashion outfits, makeovers and new hairstyles for them and their friends! The 'Treasures' theme is a relatively small collection and only consists of the three dolls but what an adventure they can take you on.

Character History

The 'Bratz Treasures' collection follows a number of successful lines released by [MGA Entertainment]] under the Bratz brand. It was launched in 2005 alongside other popular collections such as 'Bratz Step Out', 'Bratz Campfire' and 'Bratz Birthday Bash', which have also proven to be successful products. The three dolls are the only products in the collection but the theme is a big adventure and is bound to send imaginations running wild. It is quite rare that we see Roxxi in a collection on her own; she is best known for her part in the 'Bratz Twiins' collection alongside sister Phoebe but MGA Entertainment have started placing them in themes by themselves. Roxxi was also recently included in the popular 'Bratz Rock Angelz' line but could only be bought with the 'Rock Angelz Concert Stage,' not as a separate doll.

Cloe is much better known than Roxxi, she was one of the original Bratz Dolls and has appeared in nearly all of the Bratz collections released since 2001 when the dolls were first introduced. She is a popular character with both MGA Entertainment and young girls of today and has appeared in countless fashion outfits over the years. We have recently seen her appear in 'Bratz Rock Angelz', 'Bratz Campfire', 'Bratz Wild Wild West' and 'Bratz Ooh La La' to name a few. She is also set to be featuring in most of the upcoming collections for the start of 2006 like 'Bratz Genie Magic' and '[[Bratz Princess Dolls|]]'. Like Cloe, Yasmin is also one of the original Bratz characters and is a popular choice with the manufacturer. She has recently featured in 'Bratz Rock Angelz', 'Bratz Campfire', 'Bratz Step Out' and 'Bratz Birthday Bash'. Inclusion of Yasmin in the Bratz lines isn't as frequent as Cloe but she is seen far more than majority of other dolls.

Outfits and Styles

Cloe is the first of our pirate chicks and she has long wavy blond hair that is covered at the top by a turquoise and black striped bandana. Her hair is quite knotty at first but can be combed using the brush provided to calm it down. She wears a turquoise and black top to match her bandana, a black detailed skirt and of course those black knee-high platform boots that prove they favour fashion over comfort. To finish her outfit she wears a detailed belt. Roxxi also has these famous black boots and she wears a short turquoise skirt with layers of black netting underneath. The skirt has a cute little belt to add detail and to ensure the trendiest new fashion styles are being met! Roxxi has long dark hair with some light reddish tones to add warmth and she wears a black and white striped bandana that ties at the back. She also wears a tight black vest top with a logo on the front and small silver studs along the straps.

Yasmin has long dark hair, dark eyes and a cute little beauty spot under her left eye. Her predominant colours are pink and black and she has some cool stripy areas; her bandana is pink and black stripes and so are her thigh high socks that can be seen above her black knee-high platform boots. Yasmin wears a short black skirt that has a belt made of dangling chains and a short white vest top with black straps that has a logo on the front. All three dolls in this theme are beautiful and each girl has a cute second outfit for the adventure, a pair of platform sandals and loads of cool accessories like jewellery, backpacks and sunglasses.

I don't see why they didn't include dolls like Sasha and Jade from other races. Not a good example to show to girls. They should be able to choose from all kinds of dolls.

Aren't there also Bratz Treasures Sasha and Bratz Treasures Jade even though they are not pictured on the back of the box? My Treasures Yasmin only has a solid black belt with a silver buckle, no chains (to my disappointment since I love chain accessories). I do love this line since I began loving pirates, though I didn't like Bratz or pirates when they were originally released.
