[edit] Birthday Dolls Overview[edit] Collection ThemeThe girls with a passion for fashion are ready for partyin' with this hot 'Birthday' collection. Dressed in the funkiest little outfits, these girls know how to get the party started and celebrate all night long! 'Birthday girls just wanna have fun' is their motto and they can’t help but ooze style. Appearing in the Birthday theme are Jade, Cloe and Yasmin – all three from the original Bratz characters. The only other original character missing is Sasha, but she’s probably busy partyin’ it up somewhere else. Since their introduction in 2001, the Bratz popularity has rocketed. Considering the original dolls are still the most popular ones, MGA Entertainment really hit on something big when they launched the Bratz Dolls. The Birthday theme is all about having fun, singing and laughing – the Bratz girls love all of this and look fantastic at the same time! Their little outfits all come with personalised t-shirts and cute matching skirts – well done girls, another great look!
[edit] Characters and Previous ThemesCloe yet again features in this Bratz collection – since she was launched she has remained the most popular character and appears in the majority of product lines. Perhaps it’s her long blonde hair and bright blue eyes that keep her the envy of young girls everywhere. Other collections she's been seen in are 'Bratz Wild Wild West', 'Bratz Ooh La La' and 'Bratz Rock Angelz'. In some of the product lines Cloe's hair has had brown streaks in, this was a more natural look for her compared to her hair in this collection, but whatever she does she will always be beautiful! Jade also features in this Birthday theme, and though she’s not as popular as Cloe, she still remains a favourite with young girls. Her long dark hair and bright red lips make her really stand out in this collection and her blue eye shadow matches the blue detail in her skirt, which is a great look. The final character in the Birthday theme is Yasmin. She has also featured in many other collections since her launch, including 'Bratz Wild Wild West', 'Bratz Midnight Dance' and 'Bratz Step Out'. She has long brown hair and brown eyes. Her skirt is the shortest of the three in this collection and has a cute pink bow around the middle. Yasmin is also extremely beautiful and another favourite with young girls. All three girls wear their hair the same in this collection, and have very similar outfits – the t-shirts are great and everyone should have one for their own birthday party! The only other original Bratz character is Sasha, however she doesn’t feature in this collection. Perhaps she’s off enjoying herself somewhere else! The Birthday theme brings together the three most popular Bratz characters and they’re all lookin’ so fab it’s hard not to be envious of them! Each carries a little gift–box ready to start the party off in style and wears matching skirts and shoes. [edit] Birthday StylesThe Birthday collection only has the girls wearing one outfit this time, whereas they usually come with a second outfit such as pyjamas. However the outfits are trendy and the girls are planning on partyin’ all night long so there's probably no need for any pyjamas! Cloe's little t-shirt has 'My birthday doesn't end 'til I say so!' written on it, which represents Cloe's passion for fashion attitude! She also wears a pink silky skirt with black band and matching pink shoes. She carries a matching pink silky handbag and birthday gift-box. Yasmin wears a t-shirt that has 'Birthday girls have more fun!' written on it. She teams this with a mini white skirt that has a little pink bow around and matching white shoes. She carries a matching white handbag a cute birthday gift-box. Finally, Jade wears a longer black skirt with blue lace around the top. Her skirt is the longest of the three and comes to just below her knees. She has matching black shoes and a matching black and blue handbag. All three girls look ready for a good night and are dressed to impress!
