Bob the Builder Zoomer and BobFrom ToyReviewZoomer is a new character that joins Bob and the team in the new movie 'Snowed Under'. The movie is all about the team trying to ramp up the ski jump, build a log cabin and smooth over the ice rink, all in time for the Bobblesberg Winter Games – will they get the job done? Zoomer is a great new vehicle and the toy is a good replica of the animated vehicle in the movie. Loads of other vehicles can be collected too, including Friction Muck Spreader, Friction Powered Roley, Friction Powered Benny, Friction Powered Lofty, Friction Powered Scoop, Talking Sumsy and Talking Travis. This set includes Zoomer and Bob and is suitable for those aged 3 years +. [edit] ZoomerZoomer is bright purple with yellow zig zags down either side. The front of the vehicle is made to look like his face, with two black plastic strips on the top (resembling his nostrils) and a black grate on the front (resembling his mouth). There is a black arch on top, with two huge white eyes. Zoomer's features make him look fun and he has been cleverly designed to come to life as a vehicle. The body part has a black seat for Bob to sit on and some purple handle bars that can twist (although they don't effect the steering as the vehicle can only go straight). Below the seat are two grooves which fit Bob's feet in nicely. At the front of the vehicle are two black skis and at the back is a single wheel. Zoomer is friction powered, so the vehicle does not move like standard vehicles with wheels. The wheel has a motor which slows it down (a good imitation of how the vehicle would move on the snow). The toy travels at a slow constant speed with a little push, until he eventually stops. Although Roley is made for going forwards, the toy also works when pushed back. Zoomer is about 8 cm tall and 15 cm long. No batteries are required. [edit] Bob the BuilderBob is about 10 cm tall. He has a pale orange face with two black eyes, a cute nose and a smile. He wears a yellow hard hat and his brown hair sticks out underneath. His head is able to rotate 360 degrees and his arms and legs can move up and down. Bob is the main character and this figure is a great replica of the character in the animated series. Bob is a happy worker and this figure really brings that out - you can really imagine Bob on Zoomer clearing away the snow singing 'Can He Fix It, Yes He Can!' Bob wears a big brown coat with a hood and has white fluff around his hands and neck to keep him warm in the snow. He wears a blue jumper underneath with blue trousers and brown shoes. His shoes have a yellow sole, representing the ones used on a real building site. Bob fits easily on Zoomer and can spend hours zooming round! The toy is quite heavy as he's made of solid plastic, but this means he doesn't easily fall off of Zoomer – as he probably would if he was light.
