Slinky Walking Spring Toy

Remember the Slinky? It's been around since 1943, a toy that's stood the test of time. The Slinky walking spring toy can walk down stairs or can be juggled back and forth in your hands. The Slinky is made of metal and forms a simple coil design that enables it's movement. To walk the Slinky down stairs, simply place it on the top stair, grip the top coil and flip it over toward the middle of the next lower step, releasing your hold of the Slinky. The Slinky then takes over and walks itself down the stairs. To juggle the Slinky, hold each of the end coils with both of your hands and raise and lower each hand in a rhythmic motion.

the slinky is the best toy i've ever had in my entire life! words cannot express just how much joy these little critters brought me when during my childhood in south carolina. I'll never forget going down to the old fishing hole, me and all my pals would all bring our slinky's and have the most fun ever. no child should ever be without one. over the years i have amassed quite an impressive collection of slinky's which i keep in my basement so they won't get stolen by my kids because i don't want them to play with my slinky's. all in all the slinky is the greatest invention by man and i would never consider playing with any other toy ever. my kids are only allowed to play with slinky's but not mine.
