Flat Ryderz – The Ultimate Flat Racing Cars

When I think of toy racing cars the word ‘flat’ doesn’t normally cross my mind but here we have it – Flat Ryderz, the ultimate flat race cars! The toy is nothing like I’ve seen before, simply press the roof and the car goes from 3.5cm tall to 1cm flat in a split second. Press the tail and it pops back up into shape again.

You can place your Flat Ryder car into the launcher and race against other people, when you launch the car it is completely flat and when they’re fired out they grow again!

Want a Jelly Bath? Meet Gelli Baff

Gelli Baff is quite possibly the greatest innovation in kids bath time technology since Bubble Bath was invented. The idea is simple. Turn a bath of water into a bath of glorious, thick, goo.

You simply run a shallow bath (5-6cm deep), turn off the tap, add a sachet of the gelli baff powder and then all water will magically turn into jelly. When you have finished, there is another sachet of powder to add, which turns all the jelly back to water, so that it can be drained away.

Bratz Fashion Pixies Dolls

Bratz Fashion Pixies is now out on DVD but what’s even more exciting is the collection of dolls they have launched alongside. Three of the original dolls Cloe, Yasmin and Jade are all fashion pixies and joining them are three new characters; Breeana, Lina and Dee. All the girls look really pretty and all have sparkly clothing with butterflies being the main decoration.

A coloured hairbrush, magical wand, set of detachable wings and a small pixie friend are also included with each toy. One black and one white unicorn can also be purchased in the Fashion Pixies collection; each one has wings to match their Bratz friends. This year sees a whole line of new Bratz toys hitting the shelves. Already up for grabs are Fashion Pixiez, Pampered Pupz, Adventure Girlz, Magic Hair, Sweet Heart, Hot Summer Dayz and X-treme Skateboarding. I can’t imagine what they’ll bring out next; there are so many different themes they have already covered.

Christmas is fast approaching, the trees and decorations are going up and everybody is shopping like mad to get all the presents they need for Christmas day. If you need an idea for a boy’s gift this year then the Cyberman Voicechanger Helmet could be the perfect solution. Bratz Pampered Pupz

The all new Pampered Pupz are now available from Bratz. There are four girls in the collection each with their own little puppy; Cloe, Sasha, Yasmin and their new bestest friend Charli are all strutting their stuff with their perfect little pupz by their sides.

This is the first collection of Bratz that puppies have been introduced, aside from the Bratz Petz collection of course. You can also adopt your own puppy by logging onto the Bratz Website.

Each girl wears a pair of cropped jeans and a fashion top and has their own lead for the puppy. The best thing about this cute collection is the introduction of new Bratz gal Charli, she is yet another beautiful character and will hopefully be a member of the Bratz Pack for quite some time. The new Bratz Pampered Pupz would be a great Christmas gift and as soon as we find an online shop who sells them we’ll post it on here!

Top Toys 2006 – Baby Born with Magic Eyes

According to the Toy Retailers Association, Baby Born with Magic Eyes is one of the most desired toys this Christmas. She was placed in their ‘Dream Toys 2006’ section along with other expected leading toys such as Bratz and Barbie. She is the only baby doll to be positioned in this section.

Baby Born has been developed and now has nine functions that make her appear extremely lifelike. She can eat, drink, go to the toilet, move her arms and legs, make sounds and open and close her eyes. She comes with a range of accessories and will no doubt provide hours of entertainment to young girls all over the world.

Playstation 3 Delay in Europe

It has been in the papers that the PlayStation 3 will not be available for Christmas for children in the UK. Apparently Sony has had to delay the launch due to an unbelievably high demand for the console. America and Japan will still be able to buy the gadget in time for Christmas but even these are limited. UK and the rest of Europe can expect to see the consoles for sale as of March 2007 – a year later than Sony had predicted.

I can imagine US ebay sellers will be making a fortune out of these consoles, let’s just hope they’re not delayed anymore!

Hasbro i-Dog

The iDog is a small toy dog with a lot of character. The toy moves to your favourite music tracks and even plays your music through the built in speaker. As you can probably tell by the name, the iDog is used with your iPod therefore you can get your new doggie friend to rock to all the songs on your mp3 player. The toy is made by Hasbro and is set to be a best seller this Christmas. It comes in a variety of colours including black, pink, blue, white and even Dalmatian.

The iDog can be bought for about £25 from Amazon and you can even buy cute little clothes for him to wear! The iCat and iFish are also available here but are a little more expensive that the iDog.
